| *Legal Statements*
By placing an order with Rhino Custom Computers, you, the Customer, indicate that you have read and agreed to the following agreement in addition to the company policies outlined in our policy pages:
*LIMITED LIABILITIES:* Seller (Rhino Custom Computers or its parent company) here expressly disclaims liability and shall not be responsible in relation to our products or services for incidental, consequential, and contingent damages of any kind or nature, including without limitation: damages to persons or property, whether a claim for such damages is based upon warranty, contract, tort or otherwise; damages due to or arising out of the loss of data; or lost profits.
Rhino Custom Computers maximum liability allowed is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Directron shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit.
*GOVERNING LAWS AND JURISDICTION:* Any dispute arising out of, or related to the sales transaction between Rhino Custom Computers and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Rhino Custom Computers and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the State Courts of the State of Texas, Montgomery County, to resolve any dispute between them, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. The Customer also agrees not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against Rhino Custom Computers that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
*POLICY AGAINST COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS:* Rhino Custom Computers does not intentionally, willingly, or knowingly buy, sell, distribute or manufacturer any counterfeit products, hardware or software, that are in violation of US copyright or trademark laws. We require all of our venders and manufacturers to make the same pledge.
*OEM AND RETAIL PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS:* Some manufacturers place limitations on certain versions of OEM or retail products to certain markets. We post such limitations to the best of our knowledge on our web site. Rhino Custom Computers believes that its up to the buyer to make a decision on whether they meet such manufacturer requirements. Its almost impossible for us to screen all customers for this purpose. By placing an order with Rhino Custom Computers, the buyer agrees that the buyer has qualified for such products and Rhino Custom Computers is not responsible for any subsequent problems, if any.
*TRADEMARKS:* Rhino Custom Computers is a registered US trademark. Usage of our trademark for commercial purposes without our consent is prohibited by US trademark laws. All other trademarks referenced on our website and other marketing materials belong to their respective trademark holders.
*PROPOSITION 65 WARNING* for California Residents: As a reseller, Rhino Custom Computers is not aware of whether any particular product contains any specific chemical known to State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. California customers are encouraged to check manufacturer’s website and/or read any notices on the product from the manufacturer to verify if the product has such problems before purchasing or using this product. As a general precaution, some circuit boards, especially those without RoHS certification, may contain solder that has lead as a component. Always avoid skin or food contact with any circuit boards. Always wash your hands after handling any circuit boards. De-soldering such circuit board is not recommended nor does it make any economic sense. If you have to do it, avoid inhalation of any fumes.

Such links are made for our customers/visitors convenience and are intended only to enable easy access to these sites and for no other purpose. Rhino Custom Computers does not warrant or make any representation about the quality, substance, contents, functionality, accuracy, appropriateness for a particular purpose or any other representation about any such sites.
